Couch to Consistent Prayer
General Guidelines
This is a 1-month plan (30 day) prayer programme where you start small and gradually extend prayer time, depth, and variety. Each week has a theme, a daily structure, and suggested progression.
- Aim for consistency over intensity.
- If you miss a day, don't quit — just pick up where you left off.
- If you need to repeat a week — that's fine!
- Use a journal if possible, to jot down reflections like “how I felt before/after prayer, what or who did I pray about, what did I sense God saying, what am I going to do as a result of today’s prayer?”
